Can I collect my Teacher’s Professional Diary?
Diaries can be purchased and collected from our Distribution Centre:

Between the hours of 10.00am-4.00pm Monday-Friday only.
Please note that you may pay by cash or credit card only when purchasing in person. Please call ahead to place your order and organise a time for pick-up. Please note that during COVID 19 lockdowns our office is closed to the public.

What are your opening hours?
We are open Monday-Friday from 8.30am-4.30pm.
Diaries can be collected between 10.00am-4.00pm Monday-Friday only.

When will I receive my order?
Depending on where you are having the diary sent, your order may take up to 4 working days to reach you via StarTrack. Most orders are received within 1-3 working days. Where a PO Box address is given your order will ship via Australia Post Parcel Post Service*. Please note orders sent via Australia Post will not be tracked and we do not recommend delivery to PO Boxes for this reason. A higher freight charge applies when sending to PO Boxes. Where possible please provide a street address. *We have found that in some instances delivery to PO Boxes can take much longer than the advertised Australia Post delivery times.

How do I place my school order online?
To place your school order online you will need to register as a school before you proceed to the check-out. All school orders must include a school purchase order number and the school’s ABN and may be subject to new account approval.

How much do you charge for freight?
The freight charge is dependent on where you are having the diary sent.

How can I pay for my order?
Accepted online payment methods are Visa, MasterCard and PayPal.
School accounts can be paid by credit card, cheque or direct deposit into our account. All transactions are in AUD (Australian Dollars) and include GST. If purchasing from overseas your credit card statement will show the AUD value converted to your currency.

How can I claim a refund?
You can call or email our office directly to discuss.

Can I get multiple receipts in different names on one order?
We provide one receipt per order and are unable to provide receipts in multiple names. Should you require multiple receipts please order and pay separately.

What’s the difference between wiro bound and loose leaf?
Wiro items are bound together using strong double loop wire whilst loose leaf products are 3 hole punched ready to be placed into binders.

Can I get extra assessment pages put in?
Yes. Createl Publishing can insert additional assessment pages at the back of your planner.
Our planners come with up to 16 sets of assessment and attendance pages.
When ordering, please detail how many extra sets you’d like and which planner you want them in if you’ve ordered more than one planner.

Can I have extra permanent pockets added?
Yes. Createl Publishing can insert additional plastic pockets into the front or back of our planners for an additional cost. Our planners already come with one pocket located at the back of the planner. When ordering, please detail how many extra pockets you’d like and if you want them in the front or the back of the planner.

What is the difference between a daily and a weekly diary?
Our daily planners provide a day-to-a-page spread. An open planner would show Thursday on the left hand page and Friday on the right hand page for example.
Our weekly planners provide a week-to-a-view spread. An open planner would show Monday through to Friday spread across two pages.

When does the bulk purchase discount apply?
Orders of 10 or more of the same planner receive the bulk discount price (not applicable to trade accounts). Discounted items, bulk purchase discounts, special teacher packs and pro-packs which appear in our catalogue and website are exempt from wholesale discount terms.

Can I customise our school’s planners?
Createl Publishing offers a friendly and efficient service to schools wishing to customise covers and pages of student and teacher diaries. Please call 03 9336 0800.

Can I customise my personal planner?

Createl Publishing offers a digital printing* service which can be used to personalise your Siena and Inspiration covers. We also offer a range of ribbons which can be fitted to your planner. Look for the green Personalise button when ordering your planner.

*Digital foil printing is used to reproduce the text with a metallic effect on the cover. Text of up to 40 characters (two lines) is allowed, printed in Gill Sans MT using either silver (default) or gold foil as illustrated. Cover price is in addition to the personalisation cost. Allow an extra 2-4 days for delivery. Only teacher and school names will be printed.. 

How can I arrange inspection copies for my staff to look at?
Inspection copies are available to schools only (not individuals) on 30 day terms.
Schools can request one copy each of up to four different types of planners.
Inspection copies are sent at a reduced freight rate and can be kept for free with subsequent orders of 10 or more planners or returned or kept after purchase.
